Snips are my way of increasing my writing, without having to formulate full blog posts. Some will only make sense to me, but I will try to make them broadly interesting. These will cover a wide range of topics, and will be very brief -think blog posts as post-it® notes.

Training is a mass noun

I don’t care how lazy our language has gotten, training is not a countable noun. Alone, training is generic, but it is an adjective to describe the type of courses, sessions, classes we are having. We don’t have skiings or swimmings, we shouldn’t have trainings – ugh.
